Abraham Lincoln once said, “The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.” This is so true, we all worry about what might happen far in the future and forget to focus on today. When out on the bike it really brings you back into the now, you focus on what's around and what's happening right now. One way to feel happy in the moment.
